Partial Planning

You’ve made some big decisions—but still want guidance for the final stretch. We’ll step in to refine logistics, confirm vendors, create timelines, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. This includes planning check-ins, customized support, and 8–10 hours of day-of coordination.
Day-Of Coordination
Great For: Peace of mind on your big day
We begin with a planning session 4–6 weeks out to get to know your vision. Then on the event day, we handle the schedule, vendor check-ins, and any last-minute surprises so you and your guests can stay fully present. Available in 6, 8, or 12-hour coordination options.
